2. Bundesliga side 1. FC Nürnberg have today debuted their yesterday-unveiled, 2021 Christmas shirt in a victory over Holstein Kiel.
With a proportion of revenue from sales of the shirt going to a donation campaign, and the design a tribute to club and national legend Max Morlock, the release now has a 100% record on the pitch.
In red with black and gold - including all partner branding - the design, which features Morlock’s number 8 and a quote from teammate Heini Müller on the upper back, and Morlock’s face embossed on the lower front, was worn with black shorts and red socks to complete the kit.
