This is the new Club Universitario de Deportes - Universitario - away, or “Alternate”, shirt.
Billed as being in a dark cherry-red tone, the design from Marathon actually gives off an impression of brown and, with the more-standard red and cream embellishment suggests a shirt belonging to cult German side FC St Pauli.
With the club name providing a sublimation pattern on the front of the trunk and part of the sleeves, the generally muted creation is combined with complementary shorts and socks and incorporates Marathon’s “HIDROTEC” technology for comfort.
