Peterborough United 09/10 Adidas Special Charity Kit
Peterborough United announced that the fixture with Cardiff City on Monday 28th December (3pm) has been designated as a day to raise awareness of three charities for the 2009-2010 campaign, the Free Kicks Foundation, Sue Ryder Care and ASBAH.
Chairman Darragh MacAnthony has recognised the superb work that the charities undertake throughout the year and as such has kindly allowed for the sponsorship of the kit to be replaced for one game only by their three nominated charities.
Peterborough have worked closely with kit manufacturer adidas who have kindly donated a full kit, with help from Chroma Sports, for the fixture with Cardiff City. Chairman Darragh MacAnthony said:
'I believe this is the first time in our history that we have used a one-off kit for a league fixture and I was delighted to allow our three charities to have their logo's on the strip.
