The top manufacturer will always be Adidas, as long as they keep the \'classic\' feel. That is, relatively simplistic with the classy three stripes on the sleeve, none of this adding flashes and flames here there and everywhere.

Umbro get my vote for second due to them having something of a resurrection this season.

The rejuvenated Umbro just pipped Diadora (who designed the new all navy blue, gold-trimmed Scotland home strip)into third place. Points are deducted from Diadora for the infamous \'burgundy / crimson\' number that Scotland wore in Georgia. :Pinch:
30. lot,

nike, adidas, umbro

29. Chris,
1-Nike
2-Kappa
3-Puma

Nike make by far the best kits. I like the fact that they have a classy, simple approach to kits. I like the dteails on my Celtic shirt , it makes it unique

28. im the king,

1.addidas (derby counties kit thsi season rocks)
2.nike
3.umbro

27. taimur,

1:Nike
2:Adidas
3:lcs

26. allnightdwight,

1.LCS
2.Nike
3.Canterbury

I would\'ve put Adidas up there, but all their EPL kits are shite to say the least. Chelsea\'s home is plain and their away shirt makes you think of tradies. Derby\'s are totally crap, NU\'s home is alright while their away looks like crap (but i did like last year\'s away) and Liverpool\'s shirts all look bland (\'cept for the home, I can\'t believe they got rid of that...

Derby\'s are totally crap, NU\'s home is alright while their away looks like crap (but i did like last year\'s away) and Liverpool\'s shirts all look bland (\'cept for the home, I can\'t believe they got rid of that awesome green and white one!)

Nike\'s kits have been generally good, I really ManYoo\'s kits and Arsenal\'s and Fulham\'s away kits.

ManC\'s LCS kits are awesome, for lack of a better word, and so are Pompey\'s.

And of all of Umbro\'s kits, I only really like Wigan\'s and Brum\'s home. As for the rest, they all are the same f*cking pattern!

(Bolton\'s kits are alright, but Reebok is a bloody b*tch with the A-League\'s kits)

25.Me,

Canterbury = based in NZ, but actuall mainly Aussie owned, made in sweat shops in China, ho hum. At least their designs have moved out of the 70\'s. Still not as bad as bloody Lotto.

24. DanDan,

1. Adidas, will probably never be beaten.
2. Canterbury, the Pompey kit is brill.
3. Umbro, have enjoyed a real renaissance this year.

23. Gervillian Swike,

Although I think the new United kit is a piece of lazy design, on the whole Nike strips are pretty good. Jako, Joma and Macron are doing some good individual styling, and Umbro\'s templates are at least attractive. Also good to see Bukta return.

Adidas - some classic strips in the past, but their current designs are disappointing. It\'s hard to put my finger on it - after all, the three stripes are the same - maybe it\'s the crappy logo in the centre of the collar, the funny panelling patterns they use to ruin Newcastle\'s kit, or those ludicrous vice motifs in their away strips, but they are poor at the moment.

But the worst, by a country mile, and for some considerable time, is Lotto. Those ridiculous points around the shirt, their insistence on placing huge red squares all around the kit regardless of the club\'s colours (and regardless of the fact that the club\'s badge appears twice at most), sheer bad egotistical design. Awful.

22. You Can\'t See California Without,

1. Adidas (obviously)
2. Nike (Smart, but can be a bit boring at times)
3. Umbro (Nice Clean Templates every year)

21. SeanP, Registered

Nike. There\'s no contest!
Every kit is created with the same philosophy in mind. To be a classic.

20. DKool,

1. Adidas: their templates are not perfect but we should acknowledge that they made 3 different templates this season unlike last season. Plus kits such as Bayern\'s are class
2. Nike: the Inter kits are great, good away and 3rd for Arsenal, nice Barcelona. Bit disappointing the Fulham kits, but Nike is class undoubtedly.
3. Joma: they make special kits for each team.

the big disappointment was Puma, as their new template cannot be compared to the classy one of last season with the arch on the back.
last year would be:
1. Puma
2. Adidas
3. Nike

plus its such a shame JJB didn\'t make Wigan\'s kits this season. Umbro did a nice job though replacing them. If only they (Umbro) didnt have some mediocre templates and those diamond on the sholders.

19. stroudy,

ADIDAS
NIKE
UMBRO

18. Ant,

Kappa: simple, classic design and great fit (when you are not fat)

17. gunner 07 brap brap,

first would be nike their legends arsenal kit is gr8 comfy and simple. second will be adidas they iiiiiite i like the river plate kits theyre aaaaace lol 3rd i woud ave to say reebok the bolton kits are good spesh the new away 1 i love it oo by the way arsenal to win all cups this season cuuuuuuuummmmooooooooonnnnnnn!!!! van the man brap brap

16. Bacon,

1.Umbro - classic british manufacturer, with a great return of the umbro diamond on the sleeves.
2.Nike - they have sucessfully combined style with tradition, Arsenal and Villa are examples.
3.Canterbury - what a bloody great portsmouth kit.

I\'m getting annoyed at Puma, they keep giving Reading a shirt template that was used the season before.
Also Adidas, they did a similar thing with Derby, and this seasons shirts are uglier than the great ones of last season. Look at Newcastle\'s three kits for christ sake.

15. redimp,

1. Umbro; our away and 3rd kits at Lincoln City are superb

14. switch image,

Adidas the legend

13. KB59,

1.- Macron, little known company that actually makes unique designs for each team, and they all look good.
2.- Nike, while having templates and using them a lot, has far more than adidas, and actually makes some effort to customize kits for every team
3.- Canterbury. Could have gone higher, but the fact that they only have two contracts substracts points from them

12. kolja,

1. Cantenbury - rugby company\'s succesful entry into football
2. Le Coq Sportif - Man City, all 3 kits are brilliant
3. Nike - classy, clean, no cookie cutters like Adidas
honorable mention - Umbro

11. marcel corinthians the first fif,

topper (brazil)
penalty (brazil)
canterbury (i dont know what hell they come from)

10. John,

My top 3 would have to be:

Umbro because they did a top class job on the Ireland kits and a deadly job on the Sunderland kit.

Nike beacause the Celtic kit is comortable, breathable, a looks great.

Le Coq because for a company not as big as either of the 2 above they did a fantastic job on the Manchester City and Sheffield UTD kits

9. umbro,

quality material

8. QUICK FAN,

Quick is the best.

7. pamatha13,

1.le coq
2.umbro
3. adidas

6. J,

I can\'t understand why some people slate the Umbro kits for looking the same, but at the same time say they like the Adidas kits - both work on the same principle of the kit being made up of certain panels of material and these panels being coloured to the individual clubs styling.

My top three would be:
1. Umbro (I like the style)
2. Nike (Still not sold on the Man U home kit, but all others look smart and high quality)
3. Macron (Simply because they make our kit - Swansea City - and I really like it)

5. Jeff,

First is Adidas. The only thing I don\'t like about Adidas kits is the stripes from the collar to the sleeve. Good job on the Bayern, Liverpool, Chelsea Away and LA Galaxy kits. Their keeper shirts are really cool too.

Second would be Nike. The Arsenal kit is really nice. The ManU home kit looks like a red rain poncho cut in the shape of a t-shirt... way too glossy. I would have put Nike first last year. Barca\'s home kit is nice. So is Juve\'s, but their sponsor looks bad on it.

I have to give 3rd place to Canterbury. The Portsmouth kit is steller. The only reason why they aren\'t 1st or 2nd is because any company can make 1 good looking kit. If I had only saw 1 Umbro kit (Everton for example), I\'d say they were really nice. But every kit is the same, so they don\'t make the list.

4. Andy,

Le Coq havent done a bad job with the City and Sheff Utd shirts, I like afew nike shirts eg Arsenal away and 3rd and Adidas are nice this season. The worst i think is Umbro because they are boring and most of them the same with white away shirts

3. Legendary,
kappa, umbro, adidas the best 3 by far

2. m,

kappa, umbro and diiadora...umbros new 07/08 shirts look great and I`ve always like the other 2`s

1. Akrit Maric,

I think that Adidas is the best football product manufacturer, since its kits include technologies like ClimaCool and ForMotion which help every athlete improve their performance. At the second place, i would place Puma for its new technologies and in the third place i woul put Lotto for its experience in football
1.) Nike
2.) Adidas
3.) Puma

Nike has a knack for keepin it classic and well fitted, while Adidas do a great job tweaking classic looks and making it a sort of new vintage, plus their technology is awesome. It\'s hard to say who\'s better of the two. Puma, at least as far as style is concerned is doing well. The Tottenham kits look awesome!! Some say plain, but it\'s a modern classic. You see where I\'m going with this? Classic is key to a great kit!!!
In my opinion, Kappa has the best designs in this days. They keep a line of design that remains still, no mather what there are doing the other companies.

In 2nd place would go Diadora, great quality of fabrics and nice designs. And in 3rd place I put the prominent work of Puma.

My excuses if I have many spelling errors. English it\'s not my mother language, so I\'m still practicing it.

Greetings from Chile!!

DANIEL
like the most of you, i would say the best is adidas...always will and will always be...i dont think i need to say anything else. second would be (controversially for me) kappa. they started this whole trend of tightly fitted kits for players while still creating clean and simple kit designs. third would be canterbury...ok, i know they\'re new to this but they did a great job with the pompey kit as well as the d.l coruna kit. makes you wonder what else do they have in store for us.

btw, worst manfacturer would be nike.....just ripping off people left and right.
:cheer: ...... I think that adidas will always be at the top of the list  followed close behind by nike ;-) and then i suppose pretty much all the others are in the same league :woohoo: and then with admiril like defo at the bottom by a longggggggggggggggggggggg way they have got a hell of a lot of catchin up to do !!!!!

  :cheer: B) :silly:    :Pinch:   :-x :side: :-) :P  :woohoo:   ;-) :s :silly: :silly: :silly: :silly:
