This is the new Nike Merlin match ball to be used exclusively in the 2019/20 Premier League.
An updated version of Nike’s All Conditions Control (ACC) technology, called Urban Grip, will give enhanced traction whatever the surface or weather.
The Merlin ball comprises just four fuse-welded panels to provide a bigger sweet spot for ball striking. A modular system allows the graphic’s colours to be changed so expect to see different versions of the ball throughout the campaign.
