Adidas have released the new F50 Messi ‘La Vida Tropical’, a boot designed for Lionel Messi and a group of ten rising young talents from around the world.
This edition builds on the previous F50 ‘Triunfo Estelar’ with several updates. The upper features jagged haptic lines in place of smoother patterns, a detail intended to reflect high-speed movement.
The boot is finished in a Flash Aqua (turquoise) and Lucid Pink colourway inspired by the energy and warmth of Miami, with the Messi logo on the heel and the phrase ‘Messi + 10’ included as a tribute to the players sharing the release.

The boot includes three key technologies: Sprintframe 360, a soleplate engineered to enhance traction and acceleration in all directions; Hybridtouch Upper, a synthetic material that moulds to the foot for comfort during rapid play; and Burrito Tongue, a fold-over knit closure system tailored to Messi’s personal preference for fit and comfort at top speed.
The boot will be worn on-pitch by Messi and players including Lamine Yamal, Cavan Sullivan, Claudio Echeverri, Jaedyn Shaw, Antonio Nusa, Joel Ndala, Vicky Lopez, Kenan Yildiz, Assan Ouedraogo, and Eliesse Ben Seghir.
