Germany’s new adidas Home shirt for the 2026 World Cup has appeared in leaked images online, revealing a design reminiscent of the West Germany 1988–90 home shirt.
The adidas design features a white base with a bold V-shaped chest pattern incorporating the national colours of black, red and gold. The German Football Association crest with four stars sits on the left side of the chest, while the adidas logo appears opposite in white. The shirt has a V-neck collar with red trim and black sleeve cuffs edged with red detailing.
Three black stripes run along the shoulders, and a woven label near the hem reads “adidas Germany – Seit 1954”, referencing the year the nation’s partnership with adidas began. The back of the shirt remains plain white. The kit is completed with black shorts featuring white side stripes and white socks that repeat the tricolour pattern around the upper section.
