This Trefoil-sporting 2024-25-season retro leisurewear release for the Gunners is essentially a “fauxback” design borrowing heavily from the beloved 1990-91 (and 1991-92) Home shirt and its triple-striped predecessors.
With a “Night Sky” (navy/deep blue) trunk featuring a jacquard pattern and raglan sleeves in a lighter tone, the creation somewhat brings to mind the 1991-92 Yugoslavia Home, albeit with a cannon crest - east rather than west facing - mainly red sleeve stripes, red overlapping crew neck and the English Premier League side’s “AFC” initialism on said neck.
