Kappa has joined with Cruel Pancake to release a limited capsule collection for 2025, bringing together football influence and Italian cultural references from the 1990s and 2000s.
Cruel Pancake, founded by Hugo Philip, is known for its independent approach and small-batch drops aimed at a community of like-minded followers.
The collection includes four unisex items. A full zip white jacket with fine lilac piping and the Kappa logo embroidered on the chest forms a clean outerwear option. A long-sleeved collared jersey comes in a bold claret and white pattern, with stripes and checkerboard panels combined and a central Kappa logo in raised detailing. A short-sleeved shirt arrives in white with thin pink pinstripes, a round collar in matching pink, and a large front print carrying the phrase “Maestro of the Game” alongside a co-branded crest. Completing the set is a pair of socks designed to accompany the capsule pieces.
The collaborative logo created for the project appears across the range, emphasising the shared identity between the two brands. The drop underlines Kappa’s ongoing connection with football culture while highlighting Cruel Pancake’s distinctive creative direction.
