Liverpool FC and adidas have introduced the 1995/96 Bringback range, a heritage inspired collection centred on the club’s 1995/96 away shirt. The 2026 release revisits one of the most recognisable Liverpool designs from the mid 1990s and presents it alongside a series of archive influenced lifestyle and training garments.
The reissued Liverpool jersey features the distinctive green and white split front design associated with the original 1995/96 away kit. A white central panel carries the historic Carlsberg sponsor, while dark green sections with subtle vertical patterning appear across the body and sleeves. The Liverpool FC crest is positioned on the left chest with adidas branding on the opposite side, and the classic three stripe detailing runs along the shoulders.
The Bringback range also includes a monochrome reinterpretation of the shirt. This version appears in an all-black palette with tonal crest, sponsor and adidas logos applied across the front, creating an alternative archive inspired variant within the collection.
Supporting apparel in the range includes retro influenced training and lifestyle pieces such as shorts, sweatshirts, drill tops, drill pants and T-shirts. These items continue the green, black and white colour combination associated with the mid-1990s Liverpool away kit era and feature heritage club insignia and adidas branding.
The campaign introducing the collection brings together former Liverpool players Robbie Fowler and Steve McManaman with current men’s and women’s team players, highlighting the cultural impact of the 1995/96 design across different generations of supporters.
