Orlando Pirates and adidas have gone back to their roots with a retro-inspired off-field jersey that features an memorable adidas logo – the last time the logo was used on-field in SA was in 1997.
A reflection on the community and their mission of youth empowerment and development, this jersey is made in partnership with the Zodwa Khoza Foundation, whose founder was a lifelong Pirates fan.
It's a remake of the '97 version, complete with an allover Trefoil print and vintage Pirates crest.
The jersey is branded with the logo of the Zodwa Khoza Foundation further extending this long-standing Orlando Pirates and adidas partnership to the grassroots levels.
