Historical giants of French football AS Saint-Étienne have released a limited edition Loïc Perrin tribute shirt.
The new design is in green and has stylings, particularly in the French Tricolore-coloured chevron, which reference “Capi”’s final appearance for Les Verts - the 2020 French Cup Final.
With photographs of the legendary captain’s finest moments with ASSE sublimated, his now-retired number 24 on the reverse, and the availability limited to the number of appearances Perrin made for the club - 470 - the release comprehensively commemorates a sterling career.
The 24 on the rear also includes the names of Perrin’s teammates in his 23 years at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard, while the Le Coq Sportif logo and the club crest are fully coloured and there is a match detail of the 2013 league cup victory and the city coat of arms on the upper back.
