Aberdeen Football Club chose yesterday’s match against Motherwell as their 2022-23 season Aberdeen FC Community Trust (AFCCT) day.
They were kitted out, in the 3-1 Scottish Premiership win, wearing a special adidas shirt featuring the AFCCT partner charity logo.
The red shirt with a jacquard pattern, despite being of a different template to the standard Home this season, was combined with the usual first-choice shorts and socks to form a kit, and the matchworn units will be auctioned off to raise money for the charitable organisation.
