AC Ajaccio have unveiled their new Home shirt for the 2025/26 season in collaboration with adidas, featuring the return of the club’s bear, a long-standing symbol of the club.
The nickname L’Ours (The Bear) dates back to the early years of the club. According to tradition, it originated after a match in 1919 when a player named Martin Baretti, known for his strength and build, was affectionately called “the bear” by supporters. The chant caught on, becoming part of the club’s spirit and later adopted into its visual identity.
The new shirt presents a red central panel with fine vertical white pinstripes, framed by white sleeves and side panels. The adidas logo appears opposite the bear crest, standing upright with a ball at its feet.
Red Adidas three stripes run across the shoulders of the shirt, which will be paired with matching white shorts and socks to complete the full kit.
