AIK Fotboll and Nike have released the AIK Fotboll 2026 Summer Edition Kit, a limited-edition design unveiled on Sweden’s National Day and inspired by the colours of both the Swedish flag and the club’s historic crest.
AIK Kit Design & Inspiration
The new AIK jersey is presented in a vibrant yellow shade derived from the yellow section of the club badge originally designed by Fritz Carling in 1898. Dark navy detailing references both the crest and the Swedish flag, with the Nike Swoosh, Truecaller shirt sponsor and trim all rendered in the darker colour. A Swedish flag detail is incorporated on the back neck.
The jersey features a clean yellow body complemented by tonal textured sleeve panels incorporating a sunray-inspired pattern. The round neck collar is finished with navy edging and subtle gold fleck detailing, a treatment that is repeated on the sleeve cuffs. The AIK crest is applied in its original colours and sits beneath a single championship star, while moulded silicone detailing is used throughout for enhanced definition and durability.
Technical Features
The limited-edition release is produced from a modern polyester-based performance fabric, the shirt has a relatively slim, athletic fit and is offered exclusively in a unisex cut.
Full AIK Summer Edition Kit details
The new AIK Fotboll football shirt is paired with complementary shorts and socks and will be worn by the club's first team on a single occasion when AIK face IFK Göteborg in Allsvenskan action on 5 July 2026.
