AFC Ajax have revealed the club’s new Third kit for the 2025/26 season, completing the trio of anniversary designs that mark Amsterdam’s 750th year.
The adidas shirt is inspired by a historic milestone: the 1275 toll privilege granted by Count Floris V, the earliest recorded reference to the city.
The cream (Halo Ivory) base colour references this original document, while Burgundy and Navy Blue accents are added through the collar, sleeve trim, shoulder stripes and crest details.
Inside the collar sits a modern version of Amsterdam’s oldest city seal, highlighting the kit’s tribute to the city's heritage. The classic Ajax crest appears on the chest, with a banner on the back neck that reads “1275 2025 XXX”, representing the city’s founding date, the current anniversary year, and its Saint Andrew’s Crosses.
The shirt is constructed using adidas AEROREADY fabric and is paired with matching shorts and socks in the same cream tone, accented with burgundy stripes and navy blue logos to complete the full kit.
