AFC Ajax and adidas have released a special edition version of the 25/26 away kit which marks three major anniversaries: Amsterdam’s 750th, the 50th anniversary of SAIL, and Ajax’s 125th year.
The adidas shirt carries the club’s regular away design, inspired by the waterways of Amsterdam, presented in a deep blue base that symbolises the city’s connection to water and its role in shaping both Amsterdam and the Ajax academy.
As part of the celebrations, Ajax will present several of the limited-edition shirts to the captains of international vessels taking part in the gathering.
The commemorative shirts featuring the SAIL emblem will be on sale until 24 August, with production symbolically restricted to 750 shirts.
