América Futebol Clube - América Mineiro - have revealed their 2022 away shirt.
Produced by Volt Sport, the new white design nods to the legendary “Abacate-Atomico” vintage of América in the 1971 season.
Trimmed in green with black - including a mirror-image, overlapping-V neck - the Brazilian side’s green monogram crest is placed on an oversized debossed version and and the “Volt” logo contrasts similarly.
The kit, which will be called upon in América’s first Copa Libertadores campaign, is completed with white shorts and green-and-black socks, and there are goalkeeper versions of the shirt in green and orange.
