This is the new Arsenal Football Club (FC) 24-25 Third shirt from adidas.

Carrying a simple cannon in the crest position and, most notably, hosting a return for the iconic “Trefoil” logo from the German supplier, the 2024-25 nominal-secondary-change release for the Gunners is in “lilac” and “aqua” - or “Clear Aqua” and “Light Flash Purple” - with trim and detailing in a deep-royal or navy blue.

The English Premier League side’s tertiary kit is completed with shorts and socks in said darker tone.

Looks fine, but is there any meaning behind this other than "Let's sell another new shirt?"

Third shirts should be creative but still have local or meaningful references to the club/city/fans, etc.

A step up from the terrible away strip. But not exactly a classic is it. Adidas take note. You deliver a classic Leeds yellow away shirt and it sells bucketloads. Let's have a classic yellow Arsenal 70s/80s away shirt and watch it sell.
