Aston Villa 2023-24 Castore Home Kit

Aston Villa 2023-24 Castore Home Kit

Aston Villa have unveiled their new home kit for the 2023/24 season.

The design of the 23/24 home shirt draws inspiration from the devoted supporters, showcasing a subtle print of soundwaves derived from fans singing the iconic 'Allez, Allez, Allez' chant on matchdays.

The Castore kit also features a redesigned crest, paying tribute to the club's European Cup-winning heroes from 1982. This updated crest will be seen on Villa's playing and training kits throughout the season.

Additionally, the home strip proudly displays BK8, the new Principal Partner, on the front of the shirt.

Nearly 150 years as Birmingham’s premier club gives you a lot to shout about.

Remember that when you’re sitting in that hovel in Smallheath next season dressed up as a Peaky Blinder.

Meanwhile, we’ll be on our European tour.

    Up the Villa!

@Keith You forgot Walsall, that's in Birmingham isn't it ? Birmingham base 2 teams and the Vile have in their long history been more successful than Birmingham City. Congratulations ?

@Keith Living in the past lol. By the way did not realise West Bromwich Coventry and Wolverhampton were in Birmingham

It's ok - basic design is quite clean and don't mind the submilation. The sponsor is horrid (betting company and orange FFS) and not convinced by the sky blue shoulder and arse panels but I do like the new crest. Always astonished that designers struggle with a simple brief of Claret body, Sky Blue Sleeves, try not to add in too much unnecessary nonsense.

As a Villa fan, I hate it. I hate the shoulder panels, hate the sublimated pattern, hate the new badge with the lion facing the wrong way, and I really hate the ugly online gambling firm logo on the front. I don’t mind the shorts, which remind me of the 90/91 kit, but that’s the best I can say about it.

Very nice kit but would look better with a sponsor that blends more with the kit’s colour and design m
