This is the new Athletic Club (de Bilbao) “Heritage” shirt, released to celebrate the Basque La Liga side’s 125th birthday.
The anniversary release by Castore is nominally the Fourth - tertiary change - for 2023-24 and features a tonally decorated blue base with red trim, the supplier’s logo in white and the crest and main sponsor’s branding in full colour.
The blue references a long-term recurring change kit colour since Athletic’s foundation in 1898 and continues onto the shorts, while the socks that complete the kit are in familiar red and white.
