Athletic Club, commonly known as Athletic Bilbao, and Castore have unveiled their 26/27 Home Kit, released under the club’s “Our Identity” theme for the 2026/27 campaign.
Athletic Club Kit Design & Inspiration
The new Athletic Club jersey uses the Basque club’s traditional red and white vertical stripes across the front, with each of the 7 stripes representing one of the provinces of the Basque Country. The red stripes include a fine tonal line pattern, while white panels continue through the body and sleeves.
It features a black V-neck collar with a narrow white trim, black shoulder inserts and black sleeve cuffs. The sleeves combine red and white sections, with additional red striping running down the outer arm. The Castore logo appears in black on the right chest, with the Athletic Club crest placed on the left. Kutxabank shirt sponsor branding is positioned across the front.
The back of the shirt is mainly red across the upper section, with red and white stripes returning on the lower back. A map of the Basque Country filled with the Basque flag appears below the rear collar, while the DIGI sponsor is applied across the lower back.
Technical Features
The standard version includes technical construction details such as breathable fabric, side seam shaping and Aertek technology branding near the hem. A Pro version has also been released as part of the club’s elite match range.
Full Athletic Bilbao Home Kit details
The new Athletic Club football shirt is paired with matching black shorts and socks in the club’s full home strip for the 2026–27 La Liga season.
