This is the new 99th-anniversary shirt for Ecuadorian Serie A side Barcelona Sporting Club.
Celebrating the near century of the Toreros, the 2024 release by Marathon is almost entirely in black and gold, with a halved look and the only deviation from this simple palette being the sparing use of red on the neck.
The base is patterned and there is a special “99” detail on the upper back that references the 1925 year of formation - the shirts of which this creation refers to in its colouring - all on a design that will form a kit with complementing shorts and socks should it be called upon.
