The Belgium 2026 Away kit by adidas has been revealed, an alternate strip prepared for the Belgium national football team ahead of upcoming international fixtures, including the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The new Belgium jersey combines a Frozen Blue base with pink and white graphic elements applied throughout, with the overall concept drawing on Belgian surrealism and the work of René Magritte. The pattern features elements of the RBFA logo alongside vertical line detailing, referencing football pitch markings and ball-inspired forms. Black is used for the V-neck collar, sleeve cuffs and adidas shoulder stripes, with the adidas trefoil logo positioned on the right chest and the Royal Belgian FA crest on the left.
Inside the collar, the phrase “Ceci n’est pas un maillot” is featured, translating to “This is not a shirt”. The detail acts as a direct nod to René Magritte’s famous artwork La Trahison des Images, which features the phrase “Ceci n’est pas une pipe”.
Constructed using adidas performance fabric technology, the shirt incorporates Climacool+ to support airflow and moisture management. The material uses a lightweight jacquard structure, visible in close detail, designed to improve comfort and ventilation.
The new Belgium football shirt will be paired with white shorts and matching white socks, both featuring black adidas detailing, to complete the full secondary kit for the 2026-2027 international cycle, including UEFA Euro 2028 qualifying matches and the 2026-27 UEFA Nations League.
