Bhutan Football Federation and hummel have unveiled the Bhutan 2026/27 Home Kit, introducing a bright orange football shirt inspired by the national colours of Bhutan and the country’s cultural identity.
Bhutan Kit Design & Inspiration
The new Bhutan jersey forms part of the “Jerseys of Happiness” match collection, referencing Bhutan’s long-standing Gross National Happiness philosophy first introduced in the 1970s.
It features an orange base with black trim around the collar and neckline, combined with yellow piping running along the raglan shoulder seams. White hummel chevrons are positioned on the shoulders, while the sleeve cuffs incorporate a repeating geometric triangle graphic in orange and white.
A tonal debossed Thunder Dragon graphic is integrated into the fabric across the front and lower body, referencing Bhutan’s national symbol. Additional embossed textures are spread throughout the shirt, adding depth to the lightweight performance material. The Bhutan Football Federation crest appears on the left chest in full colour embroidery, opposite a white hummel logo.
The jersey includes a short button-up collar construction and carries the wording “HOME OF HAPPINESS BHUTAN” beneath the rear neckline. The back remains largely plain with subtle tonal detailing continuing across the fabric.

Designed for the 2026 and 2027 international football calendar, the new Bhutan football shirt by hummel is paired with matching orange shorts and socks to complete the full home kit.
