Bohemian FC have revealed their new 2026 home shirt produced by O’Neills, created in tribute to Billy Young and shaped by references to the cup winning side of 1976. That year marked the introduction of the first sponsored shirt in Ireland or Britain, and several elements from that milestone design return for the new release.
The 2026 Bohemian football shirt uses a full red base supported by stitched black striping along the sleeves. The chest displays era accurate versions of the O’Neills mark and the Des Kelly sponsor, placed in the same positions used on the original jersey. The Bohemian crest follows the design associated with the mid seventies, applied on the left side of the chest in a tonal finish.
Inside the collar runs a repeating tape that reads Dalymount in Irish and English. The hem includes an embroidered tag featuring Billy Young’s name and signature as part of the commemorative detail included for the season. The jersey is supplied with a long sleeved profile, matching the examples worn by the squad during the original period.
Material used for the home shirt is lightweight with a soft internal lining and ribbed cuffs. The item forms part of the club’s wider 2026 kit range and will be worn in the League of Ireland Premier Division campaign with matching black shorts and socks.
