German Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund have unveiled this new special-edition shirt that celebrates their Westfalenstadion - officially, “Signal Iduna Park” - home ground.
The 2024 release from Puma features Die Schwarzgelben’s yellow flanking the black of an Ajax-style central vertical stripe - a look sported by the North Rhine-Westphalia-side in the past - and is decorated with tonal sublimated images depicting the famous structure.
The design references the 50th anniversary of the 2nd April 1974 opening of the stadium and the shirt, with its retro supplier logo on the chest alongside the crest, will form a kit with black shorts and hooped socks against VfB Stuttgart this Saturday.
