Brøndby IF and hummel have revealed their new Away shirt for the 2025/26 season, created in collaboration with lifelong supporter and former Danish Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt alongside fashion designer Soeren Le Schmidt.
The project began in March 2024, when Thorning-Schmidt was invited to design a shirt for the club she has supported for decades. She brought in Le Schmidt to help translate her ideas into sketches and design proposals, introducing a new approach to football kit aesthetics. Players were also consulted during the process to ensure the final product met performance standards.
The jersey is presented in blue with a contrasting yellow polo collar, and features a distinctive all-over blurred yellow and green graphic that rises from the hem, replacing traditional stripes or shapes with a more organic effect. The shirt is completed with yellow sponsor branding, hummel’s chevrons on the sleeves, and the embroidered Brøndby IF crest on the chest.
The kit will be paired with matching blue shorts and socks to complete Brøndby IF’s away look for the 25/26 campaign.
