Cambridge United have unveiled their 26/27 Home kit, produced by Umbro for the club’s 4th season with the brand.
Cambridge United Kit Design & Inspiration
The new Cambridge United jersey uses a full amber base, referencing CU teams from the early 1970s who wore a similar plain amber style. Black detailing is used across the collar, cuffs, logos and sponsor applications, creating a two-colour layout across the jersey.
It features raglan sleeves and a layered collar construction, combining a black fold-over rib collar with amber tipping and a black V-neck rib insert. Matching black ribbed cuffs appear on the sleeves, while black piping is placed near the lower side seams and hem.
The fabric has a fine technical texture visible across the body, with a lightweight knit construction designed for breathability and performance wear. Inside the neck, “United in Endeavour” appears on the collar tape.
The Cambridge United crest is applied to the left chest in black, with the Umbro Double Diamond and wordmark positioned opposite.
Cambridge United Shirt Sponsors
Brooks Running appears as the main shirt sponsor, while Majority Audio is placed on the sleeve. The Hill Group features on the upper back of the shirt, with Alan Boswell Group continuing as back-of-shorts sponsor.
Full Cambridge United Home Kit details
The new Cambridge United football shirt is paired with black shorts featuring amber club and Umbro branding, plus amber side and hem inserts. Black socks with an amber Umbro logo and grey footbed complete the set, which will be used during the 2026–27 EFL League One season.
