Charlton Athletic 25/26 Reebok Away Kit

Charlton Athletic 25/26 Reebok Away Kit

Charlton Athletic have revealed their new 2025/26 Away kit by Reebok for the upcoming Sky Bet Championship and Women's Super League 2 seasons.

The shirt showcases a tonal aquatic blue, white, and grey fish scale graphic, a nod to club legend Arthur Bryan, a local fishmonger whose haddock meals inspired Charlton’s nickname, The Addicks, and who was one of the club’s earliest sponsors.

The kit features a simplified Charlton badge within a subtle herringbone texture, a v-neck collar, flat-knit ribbed cuffs, and a stepped hem. The Reebok logo appears on the chest and sleeve, while the RSK sponsor sits on the front.

The shirt is paired with aquatic blue shorts and white socks, which carry the Reebok logo on the front and 'Addicks' text on the back.

Perfect away kit. Loud yet simple. 90s throwback. Love the simplified club crest and retro Reebok logo.

Nice shirt, has that 90s vibe while also remaining quite clean especially with the minimalist badge

Charlton made up that ‘Ad****s’ nickname story to appear more interesting. Charlton were always the ‘Robins’ due to their colours, and sometimes the ‘Valiants’, because they played at The Valley. Well, until they moved to Catford Mount & became the ‘Mounties’. They certainly have form for trying to appear more interesting than they are, as they changed their badge from a gentle robin to thrusting sword in the 1960s. However, rather than cement their preferred nickname of ‘Valiants’, the era of roaming gangs of football hooligans confirmed Charlton as the ‘Anoraks’ or ‘Trainspotters’. The Charlton fanbase preferring jotting down engine numbers whilst sipping a flask of tea at train stations to a dust up.

The ‘Trainspotters’ was their new nickname until Lee Bowyer made Charlton infamous as the ‘Addicts’. But PR guru Peter Varney cleverly came up with the haddock story to save the club’s blushes & restore their image as a family club. Yet that ‘Ad****s’ story cannot save this was being a bit of a dog’s dinner of a kit. Imo
