Coventry City 25/26 Hummel Fourth Kit

Coventry City 25/26 Hummel Fourth Kit

Coventry City have revealed their 25/26 Fourth Kit, produced by hummel as part of the club’s 2025-2026 matchwear range.

The new Coventry City jersey is presented in a deep chocolate plum colourway, referencing the club’s 1978 Chocolate Brown kit, often labelled the Worst Kit of All Time. The design centres on the return of the tramline concept, with two vertical bands running down the front. These feature sky blue edging and an abstract inner graphic in chocolate plum tones, updating the pattern associated with the 1978 to 1981 era.

A white crew neck collar provides contrast, while sky blue piping is inserted along the front shoulder seams. Hummel chevrons appear on the shoulders in white with sky blue detailing. The Coventry City crest and Hummel logo are positioned centrally on the chest in a tonal application. Side panel inserts include sky blue edging that continues onto the shorts, referencing the original tramline configuration.

On the reverse, a 50 year anniversary graphic is placed beneath the back collar as a nod to the 1975 introduction of the first Coventry City tramline shirt. The rear also carries the Monzo Business sponsor branding in sky blue. Manufactured using Hummel Eco8 fabric, the new Coventry City football shirt is made from recycled polyester material and will be paired with brown shorts and white socks to form the full Fourth Kit for the 2025 26 EFL Championship season.
