Derby County and Puma have unveiled the Derby County 2026/27 Home Kit, introducing a design centred on the club’s traditional black and white identity while incorporating references to the values and communities that make up the football club.
Derby County Kit Design & Inspiration
The Derby County 26/27 home shirt is predominantly white and features six vertical greyscale stripes running down the centre of the front. According to the club, the stripes represent Derby County’s six core values and the different groups connected to the club. The striping varies in tone from light grey to black and sits beneath the sponsor logo.
The shirt features a black V-neck collar and matching black sleeve cuffs, adding black detailing to the predominantly white design. Black Puma logos appear on the chest and shoulders, with the club’s ram crest displayed on the left chest in monochrome detailing.
Loaded appears as the principal front-of-shirt sponsor across the men’s and women’s teams, while Tonic Health Group branding features on the sleeve of the men’s first-team shirts.
On the reverse, the shirt remains largely plain white. Positioned below the rear collar is a multicoloured “THE RAMS” graphic, combining the club’s identity branding colours with a stripe motif that links back to the front design.

Constructed from 100% knitted polyester, the shirt incorporates Puma's dryCELL moisture-management technology and lightweight performance fabric.
Full Derby County Home Kit details
The new Derby County football shirt is completed with black shorts featuring white detailing and white socks with black trim and "DCFC" lettering on the front, and will be worn during the 2026/27 EFL Championship season.
