Marathon has released a special 2025 Commemorative Jersey for Ecuador, launched under the campaign “El Origen de la Pasión,” honouring the first uniform worn by the national side in 1938.
This black polo-style jersey celebrates the origins of Ecuadorian football featuring a classic fold-over collar with a button placket and a small Ecuadorian flag detail at the centre. The official crest of the Ecuadorian Football Federation (FEF) is embroidered on the chest alongside the Marathon wordmark, both rendered in a subtle grey tone.
Discreet tone-on-tone vertical striping runs through the fabric, while the back collar includes a minimalist emblem and internal Marathon branding label. Constructed from soft, breathable fabric with Hidrotec moisture control technology, the jersey is paired with black shorts and socks to complete the full kit.
