Nike have revealed the England 2026 away kit, designed for international fixtures including the 2026 FIFA World Cup, featuring a “Happy and Glorious” inner-neck detail.
The new England jersey is presented in a bold Speed Red base, combined with Obsidian detailing across the collar, sleeve cuffs and side panels. The England crest is centrally positioned on the chest, topped with a single gold star, while the Nike Swoosh sits beneath in a matching dark tone. Subtle white piping runs along the shoulder seams, adding definition to the overall construction.
A tonal knit graphic is integrated directly into the fabric, visible across both the front and reverse of the shirt. The pattern references England’s cultural and football heritage through a layered, abstract composition, engineered into the material rather than applied as an external print.
The shirt is constructed using Nike’s Aero-FIT performance system, designed at yarn and stitch level to enhance airflow and regulate body temperature. The advanced knit structure combines open and closed mesh zones to improve ventilation and support players in high-intensity conditions. This construction helps maintain comfort during matches played in warmer climates.
Additional details include a ribbed V-neck collar and lightweight fabric build aimed at supporting unrestricted movement on the pitch. The new England football shirt is completed with matching dark shorts and red socks for use during The Football Association 2026–2027 international cycle.
