Club Estudiantes de La Plata, of the Argentine Primera División, have unveiled their 2023 third shirt.
Paying tribute to legendary coach Carlos Bilardo, who, 40 years ago, led Estudiantes to domestic glory before taking the reins of the national team, the grey release features an Argentina-style crest.
Grey is used to refer to Bilardo’s look when La Albiceleste won the World Cup in Mexico in 1986, and it is applied in tones to give the impression of Estudiantes’ and Argentina’s stripes, on a shirt that will form a kit with complementing shorts and socks.
