Fussball Club Basel 1893 have unveiled the FC Basel 26/27 Home kit by Macron, introducing a new interpretation of the club’s traditional red and blue colours for the 2026–27 Swiss Super League season.
FC Basel Kit Design
The new FC Basel jersey uses a bright blue base with two wide tonal vertical stripes embossed into the front. Red shoulder panels lead into sleeves divided between red, navy and bright blue sections, while a red-trimmed V-neck collar completes the upper construction.
A red Macron Hero appears on the right chest, opposite the FC Basel crest with two gold stars. The men’s version carries Bitpanda as the main shirt sponsor, with the women’s shirt featuring Novartis branding. Red names and numbers are applied to the back, with a small “FCB” detail positioned below the neckline.
Further club references include an embossed “BASEL” inscription on the lower back and customised inner hem tape carrying the phrase “ROT ISCH UNSERI LIEBI – BLAU DIE EWIGI TREUI”, translated as “Red represents our love, blue our eternal loyalty”. The wording is repeated alongside heart symbols, while the inner back neck includes an FC Basel 1893 label and Macron’s “Designed in Bologna” detail.
Technical Features
The kit is produced entirely from Eco Fabric, made using 100% post-consumer recycled polyester. The Home shirt uses Eco Performance Jacquard, a technical material designed to support movement, breathability and comfort during play, with its woven construction also creating a textured finish.
