Ferencvárosi TC have unveiled a special edition Macron football kit dedicated to the historical anniversary of the 1848-49 Hungarian Revolution and War of Independence.
The new Ferencváros jersey features a predominantly white base with a subtle tonal pattern across the fabric. A distinctive red, white and green zigzag graphic runs horizontally across the chest and sleeves, referencing the colours of the Hungarian national flag.
At the centre of the shirt sits the Ferencvárosi TC crest, positioned prominently on the chest. The Macron logo appears on the opposite side in gold, while a traditional Hungarian cockade (kokárda) symbol is placed over the heart area as a reference to the national commemoration.
Produced by Macron in limited quantities, the new Ferencváros football shirt is intended as a commemorative release and the club’s participation in European competition. The shirt will be worn during the club’s UEFA Europa League Round of 16 fixture against SC Braga. For official UEFA competition use, the match version worn on the pitch features slight adjustments to comply with tournament regulations. This includes the removal of the cockade and the use of higher contrast lettering.
