Fortaleza Esporte Clube, of Brazil’s Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, have unveiled another French-influenced shirt.
This new "Eiffel" release - nominally the third (“3”) shirt and celebrating the France-related origins of the club as they celebrate their 105th anniversary/birthday in 2023-24 - is in a deep/navy blue with French Tricolore trim and a France-style shield in the crest position.
Of course, the trunk features a depiction of French capital Paris’s famous Tour Eiffel (Eiffel Tower), the Leao 1918-branded - but Volt Sport-produced - kit is completed with, naturally, white shorts and red socks, and Fortaleza also have a cream goalkeeper shirt with similar styling.
