Brazil’s Fortaleza Esporte Clube have revealed a new away shirt.
Inspired by José de Alencar creation Iracema, the Leao 1918 (in-house-designed) shirt, including AeroDray e Manchester technology, is in white with blue and red - the contrast colours providing a sleeve each.
Blue and red also provide the fill, in equal measure, for the sash element - nodding to Fortaleza’s home state of Ceará’s coastline - while the crest appears in full colour and an Iracema statue is depicted on the upper back of the “Glória 2023”, which will form a kit with complementing shorts and socks.
