Fortaleza Esporte Clube, of Brazil, have unveiled a 'Ventos do Nordeste' special-edition shirt for 2023.
Being worn in this year’s edition of the Copa do Nordeste, the self-branded (“Leao 1918”) release features complex tonal patterning to the red base, and this embellishment continues onto the white underarm panels in blue.
This graphical element represents the local winds, which provide a huge proportion of local and national energy, and is echoed on the blue goalkeeper shirt.
