This is the new Fortuna Düsseldorf 24-25 Away shirt by adidas.
The primary-change release for 2024-25 is in white with red and navy blue - the colours of the city of Düsseldorf - and the German 2. Bundesliga side will also carry a low-profile stylised map of their locale behind their crest.
In addition, there is an “1895” detail on the upper back that nods to the city coat of arms through the inclusion of an anchor, and the kit will be completed with white shorts and socks for a nominal single-coloured look.
