Club de Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata - Gimnasia - have unveiled their 2026 third kit, produced by Givova, introducing an alternative strip that references club heritage.
Gimnasia Kit Design & Inspiration
The new Gimnasia jersey is presented in a grey base with horizontal chest bands in white and blue, reflecting elements associated with the club’s identity. The Gimnasia crest is positioned within the horizontal chest band and is executed with silver details.
Further detailing includes a side authenticity label featuring vintage-style typography, as well as a silicone stamp with the club’s initials placed on the lower back. The rear of the shirt also carries sponsor branding, while the full kit is completed with matching grey shorts and socks.
Main shirt sponsor ESCO is displayed centrally on the front, with additional sponsor branding appearing on the sleeves and upper back, integrated into the overall layout of the shirt.
Technical Features
Constructed from micro-perforated polyester microfibre, the shirt is designed to support airflow during play. Additional honeycomb mesh inserts are integrated into high-heat areas such as the underarms and shoulders, contributing to ventilation and on-pitch comfort. The crest is applied using TPU lamination with thermofused detailing, aimed at durability and definition.

The new Gimnasia football shirt is completed with matching grey shorts and socks, maintaining a consistent tonal look across the strip. The shorts carry the club crest on the leg alongside Givova branding, while the socks are branded with Givova logos for a coordinated finish designed for match use.
