Hannoverscher Sportverein von 1896 - Hannover 96 - of the 2. Bundesliga, have unveiled this new Macron shirt celebrating the 70th anniversary of Die Roten’s 1954 German championship win.
The retro-styled affair is in green and boasts both a laced-style neck and the squad names from that iconic team seven decades ago.
To be worn on the 16th March game against Kaiserslautern, the shirt, which carries an old-style flag crest, will form a kit with white shorts and complementing socks.
