Hamburger SV have introduced a special edition 1887 Bundesliga Matches football kit to commemorate the club reaching 1,887 Bundesliga appearances. The adidas release marks the milestone total of top flight fixtures with a design that references the club’s founding year and league history.
The new Hamburger SV jersey features a white base with broad navy horizontal hoops across the front. A dark red crew neck collar is combined with gold adidas shoulder stripes and fine gold piping along the side panels. The adidas logo appears in gold on the right chest, opposite the HSV crest topped with a single gold star. HanseMerkur shirt sponsor is placed centrally in gold, while a white DFL sleeve badge can be applied.
On the reverse, HAMBURGER SV is applied in gold beneath the collar, with 1887 positioned at the upper back. A special edition player print option replaces the standard number with a large gold 1887 graphic incorporating the names of all 465 players to have represented Hamburger SV in the Bundesliga. The wording Bundesliga games is placed below the number.
The new HSV shirt is paired with dark red shorts featuring gold adidas branding and detailing, alongside dark blue socks with coordinated accents to complete the full Hamburger SV 2026 Bundesliga kit.
