Leicester City Football Club have unveiled the Leicester City 26/27 Away kit by adidas for the 2026-27 EFL League One season.
Leicester City Kit Design & Inspiration
The new Leicester City jersey uses a deep maroon base, a colour associated with the club’s 2021 FA Cup Final triumph. A tonal decorative pattern runs across the front, sleeves and reverse, drawing inspiration from a recognised portrait of King Richard III and linking the jersey to Leicester’s local history.
The Running Fox crest returns to a Leicester kit for the first time since the 1991/92 season. It appears in white on the left chest, opposite a white adidas Originals Trefoil. BC.GAME continues as the front-of-shirt sponsor, also presented in white.
A cream wrapover collar is outlined in maroon, with matching cream bands around the sleeve cuffs. Gold adidas Three Stripes extend across the shoulders, adding a further colour to the maroon and cream scheme. A small gold fox head is positioned beneath the rear collar, with white player names and numbers applied to the back.
Technical Features
Adidas CLIMACOOL technology helps manage moisture by moving sweat away from the skin, supporting a cool and dry feel. A slim fit gives the shirt a streamlined shape without restricting movement.
Full Leicester City Away Kit details
The new Leicester City football shirt is paired with cream shorts featuring gold side stripes and maroon Running Fox and Trefoil branding. Maroon socks with gold hoops around the cuffs, white LCFC lettering and white adidas Trefoil logos complete the full Leicester City Away kit for the 2026–27 campaign.
