Liverpool Football Club and adidas have unveiled the Liverpool 26/27 Away kit ahead of the club’s new domestic and European campaigns.
Liverpool Kit Design & Inspiration
Taking inspiration from Liverpool away shirts worn during the mid-1980s, the new LFC jersey uses a predominantly white base with red detailing. A red and white striped V-neck is matched by coordinated sleeve cuffs, with red adidas Three Stripes extending across the shoulders.
The adidas Trefoil returns to the right side of the chest, opposite a historic Liverpool crest featuring the Liver bird within a shield. Standard Chartered appears across the front as the principal shirt sponsor, with Expedia branding positioned on the sleeve. All logos are presented in red.
A tonal engineered pattern is incorporated throughout the fabric, drawing on the graphics and typography found on historic Anfield match tickets. The repeated details are visible across the front, sleeves and back without changing the shirt’s white base.
Additional detailing beneath the rear collar includes the number 97 between two eternal flame symbols. The shirt has a slightly longer back hem and side openings.
Technical Features
The Authentic version delivers a slim, streamlined fit with jacquard fabric and a heat-applied federation badge, enhanced by Climacool+ for cooling and moisture control.
The replica version mirrors the fit in interlock fabric, with Climacool technology designed to keep the wearer cool and dry.
