This Manchester City “ftblSTATEMENT Retro Jersey” has been released as part of the club’s celebration of the 30th anniversary of the release of Mancunian band Oasis’s “Definitely Maybe” debut album.
With the band’s famous - and reunited - Gallagher brothers being Man City fans, this new nominally “Marine Blue” and “Turquoise Surf” Puma creation features a play on the said 1994 album’s title in the reverse’s “Definitely City” legend.
The front of the football shirt also has a throwback - to the mid-1990s - element in the current crest being housed in an Umbro-style shield, and the striking design provides an alternative to fans wishing to show their support to the current English Premier League champions.
