Manchester City have released a special edition Year of the Horse pre-match jersey as part of a limited capsule collection created in collaboration with Puma.
The new Manchester City jersey is produced in a light neutral base and features an all-over Fire Horse artwork applied across the front panel and sleeves. The graphic is composed of repeated horse illustrations rendered in a hand-drawn style, referencing traditional ink-based artwork associated with East Asian visual culture. A solid coloured panel is used across the upper back, while a continuation of the graphic appears along the lower rear hem.
A crew neck collar construction is used, finished in a matching light tone. The Manchester City crest appears on the left chest in a tonal metallic finish, with the Puma logo positioned opposite. The Etihad Airways shirt sponsor is displayed centrally on the front. A small horse emblem is positioned on the upper back, reinforcing the Year of the Horse theme.
The MCFC pre-match jersey is constructed using Puma dryCELL fabric technology to assist moisture management and is produced as part of Puma’s RE FIBRE programme, incorporating recycled polyester materials.
