Middlesbrough FC have unveiled a retro international range, introducing a series of football shirts inspired by former Boro players who represented their countries on the international stage.
The collection revisits eras associated with Juninho, Gaizka Mendieta and Alen Bokšić, with each shirt reflecting the identity of the respective national team.
The Middlesbrough retro shirt range includes a Spain-inspired design in red, featuring a fold-over navy collar with yellow trim, a small flag detail on the chest and bold yellow name and number printing on the reverse, as seen with “Mendieta 14”. A Croatia-inspired shirt is presented with a red and white checkerboard pattern, combined with blue numbering and lettering such as “Bokšić 11”, maintaining the distinctive national aesthetic.
A Brazil-inspired football shirt completes the set, finished in yellow with green detailing on the collar and sleeve trim. The reverse carries “Juninho 10” in green, with a small Brazilian flag detail positioned below the collar.
All shirts are constructed from lightweight polyester fabric, with smooth surfaces and standard short sleeve construction suited to casual wear.
