This is the Nagoya Grampus “30th Anniversary” shirt by Mizuno.
The special release for the Japanese J1 League side celebrates the three decades since Nagoya Grampus Eight superseded Toyota Motor SC and then, in 1993, became a founding member of the J League.
The sublimated collage pattern on the red trunk features images evoking both of Grampus’s home grounds - the Paloma Mizuho Stadium and the Toyota Stadium - and this embellishment continues onto the black raglan sleeves.

This is ostensibly overlaid with the “family symbol” crest, in full colour, and various partner prints, while the kit will be completed, as part of the 30th Anniversary Project, with black shorts and yellow socks.
